Awful place, dreadful doctor.Dr Fiona Smithers removed a carcinoma on my scalp.When my stitches opened I rang them because I was worried- , Receptionist didnt pass on message ..when I called again Nurse told me not to stress (?)I never got informed of my lab results, I had to call to find out from the receptionist-In fact I never heard from Fiona Smithers again.I consulted different, new Dr for a check up -The NEW Doctor tells me the skin cancer was not fully removed and margins were too narrow. This was confirmed by the lab and now a second plastic surgeon.I called Fiona Smithers to ask for an appointment. Rude receptionist says ‘best you go elsewhere’ as Fionas calendar is too full.I had a revision surgery yesterday to fix the hole and the visible, painful mess Fiona left on my head. It’s so painful but I am under excellent care now.In other news while I was with Smithers, her nurse had a gossip about someone else they know that had a facelift (hello professionalism!)So my experience in a nutshell...If you’re looking for a skin cancer to be properly removed, a positive experience or just a quick nip/tuck.. RUN!!!!!!I’m horrified I let this person touch me WITH A SCAPEL!Trust me you don’t want to go through this. It’s been horrible.
