I know about this treatment for years, but never had chance to try it out. How lucky we are to have cryotherapy available in Christchurch! Great way to boost immune system and to assist healing process. Facility is very clean and the clients very well looked after. Thank you, Chris.

My back was absolutely killing me for last 6 months. I did 3 sessions of Whole Body Cryotherapy and it worked great! I can get back to running again. They have state of art equipment and a professional, very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!
