Snap Fitness 24/7 Dunedin

I go to this gym because it is close, has good parking and equipment is good. But there is never help when you need it from staff and it is always difficult to get in contact with staff. The bathrooms are pretty gross too.

Love snap!! I wouldn’t gym anywhere else! Everyone is so helpful and friendly and Kenzie is the best personal trainer ever. Always pushing me my hardest to reach my goals

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I feel so ripped off and I don’t want anyone else to experience this feeling. There’s barely any range of equipment, the machines are usually out of order and old, the bathrooms were gross as they smelt bad, some had mold and the grossest drinking fountain I’ve ever seen in my life. Not to mention the rude staff who were defensive and sensitive when dealing with, definitely up there with some of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The membership is expensive per week and the tag in key is 60$ right off the bat and they’re actually usually reused.I hope this helps anyone considering this gym to keep looking, there’s plenty of other options.

If you feel difficult to pick a gym for you, then it 's a gym for you. Location, 24/7 access, very easy 101 class to use equipment and friendly staffs all gave me a good impression. The restroom and private shower room stays at hotel level.

Awesome gym ! It Used to be abit un-loved and I was looking at changing gyms, but since Nadia has taken over the desk and the gym has been up graded it’s like a completely different gym !! Clean and modern. One of the best snap fitnesses in New Zealand I’ve been to.

The trainers at the Dunedin Snap Fitness are amazing and I would highly recommend them, however, the gym itself is let down by the upper management staff that are not based in Dunedin. There is broken cardio equipment that is pretty impossible to get fixed because of the managerial chain of command.If you are wanting great trainers and aren't too bothered being let down by broken equipment and nothing being done about it then I recommend Snap.

Looks pretty impressive inside the gym and outside, as I’m a newbie to the whole gym scene and whatnot. The equipment looks mind boggling at first but hopefully with the help of staff and other gym goers I’ll be able to get onto it in no time and look forward to my second consultation with the personal trainer that I have been allocated with there tomorrow as well.

Snap fitness Dunedin is an awesome gym, Staff are so friendly and helpful. A great amount of equipment and an all round great place to train. Easy to be motivated when your coming to a gym like snap Dunedin everyday!
