Not often change hairdressers but I found a good one finally again so will be coming back regularly.

Fast and professional. Reasonable prices too.As well as blokes hair, they are also able to provide a good beard trim.Also recommend for kids cuts, the gentleman there was wonderful with my very young son.

My last two haircuts were done at this place. The ladies were good at what they do. So I decided to go for the hair cut in the same saloon. I called the saloon for the appointment and got fixed it at 11.30 am on 21/12/2022. I was there at 11.25 am already, the salon staffs were doing hair cut for 2 customers, including me there were 3 persons waiting for their turn. I noticed that my name was written in the appointment schedule board for 11.30 am appointment. So, I thought that I will be the next to go for the hair cut. Meanwhile, the staffs done the hair cut with the 2 customers and called for other 2 customers who waited along with me. I was shocked. I felt terrible with the attitude of saloon owner as because I waited till 11.50am for 11.30am booked appointment. She didn’t even had the courtesy to explain what was going on. I would be happy if she would have asked me to wait with proper communication. I work in a private company and face lot of customers in my job. I totally agree that we can’t satisfy or make all the customers happy, whatever you do there will be few customers to make complain, but still we have to do our part and have a good communication with them. I don't mind waiting for another 10 to 15 minutes. I walked out of that place at 11.50 am because no point in waiting there where you don't get valued as a customer. Time is valuable for everyone and I value every second.

Great place to get a good haircut. Got a haircut and beard trim last minute on the same day. I do recommend booking ahead or booking on the chalk board as it gets busy quick after 11am. But if you can get in, you wont be disappointed
