As a media production company we commissioned Suttontech to solve some of our editing computer problems. Within one consultation we had a full remedy for the computers, which now run smoothly. We also had their team build three new fit for purchase editing stations, which were custom built for our needs and arrived in really good timing and the presentation of each station was immaculate. Suttontech exceeded our expectations with incredible customer support, exceptional problem solving and the highest level of service. We would highly recommend their services far and wide.

I've purchased multiple PC solutions from Sutton Tech, and I highly recommend it. Joe is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and specific; he researched what setup would work best for the software I use, then organised a system that would suit those needs. He's informed on the latest changes in technology, and got me some of the newest parts at a great price.

Suttontech took on the gruelling challenge of providing technical stability for a media team over Easter weekend at Southern Eastercamp 2021. Joe built a NAS for the event, and also spent the weekend with the team, maintaining it, providing technical assistance and ensuring our workflow was silky smooth. Joe is dedicated to his craft, committed to supporting those that call on him and ultimately made the media crews job 1000x easier, couldn't have achieved what we did without him!

If you are ever confused and need a laptop/ computer that suits you, this is the place to go! From day one I was listened too for everything. I got Sutton tech to build me a beast of a workstation primarily for high intensity video editing. Joe was brilliant to deal with and the computer performs phenomenally. The original GPU we were going to use ended up being a factory dud, but because Joe stress tests everything before shipping, he found the issue and promptly found a replacement. Joe has been incredible in terms of support once I got my hands on the workstation, making sure everything is set up properly and ironing out any mistakes I’ve made while using it. My experience has been fantastic.

UPDATE*** - I've just had my second PC built by Joe and yet again has done an amazing job. I cannot recommend him highly enough!!!Joe did an epic job of building a workhorse of a computer for my business. He went above and beyond to show me all my options before confirming the final build.I gave him brief description of what I will be using it for and he wrote up a document showing the benefits of different components that will increase performance and productivity. I fully recommend Sutton Tech for your computing needs!
