I am vegeterian for ethical reasons so I ordered takeaway pizzas Vegorama and Impossible El Scorcho on Saturday 04/03/2023 around 9pm. I came home and in excitement took one bit of Impossible Elsorcho and saw pepperoni on my slice. I got shocked and realised because of pepperoni that the staff gave me the real beef and not vegan beef. I have never tasted beef but I think it was the meat El Scorcho Pizza. Store manager/owner you can double check with your cameras. I am disappointed with the store manager/owner instead of staff as there was just one staff working in that store on Saturday night and not sure if she was trained properly. There was one other group of people who has a same complaint that they got meat on their vegeterian pizza. Again you can double check with your cameras. I didn't take photo or have the physical reciept as I was not sure if I will write this review. But I can share my bank reciept as proof. It's really shameful to not take your customer's dietary preferences seriously while running a food joint.

Ordered online for pick up. Visited store and waited at counter, at least 3 staff members saw me and ignored me. Waited around 10 minutes expecting the staff would ask if I had an order. After getting frustrated, I looked into the kitchen area and saw an order ready and had to ask if that was my order, to which the staff member said oh yes. So if I hadn’t asked, I would have had to stand there for another 10 minutes or more asking why I was there. Customer service was abysmal, even a ‘hi how can I help’ would have helped get my order and I’d be on my way. Staff did no appear particularly busy. It’s a Monday.. 17th July, 6:40pm. I guess this is what you get for minimum wage.

Domino’s Pizza Quay St
Today I order 2 pizza and one of them is cheesy cheese pizza with a thin crust. Look what I got, and overcooked and burnt cheesy cheese pizza. The girl did not give us the receipt so I do not know her name, I ordered around 16.45. The shop is not busy, just making my order basically, so the girl can check whether the pizza is ready or not at anytime. The girl is really unprofessional, talks too much with another girl co-worker and does bad job, bad service. Never going to order from this domino again.

Hi. Great Pizzas. one of the workers was a bit strange but I talked to the manager about it and she was happy to help. Most of the workers there are friendly too :)pizzas are nice and hot. Only 10 min wait time for pick up. thanks

It was the worst experience I ever had with domino. We’ve ordered 2pizza,2sides+Delivery. It took an hour to receive food even we live 3mins drive from the store. Peri peri chicken was cold, burnt and tasted like cardboard and NO peri peri sauce. Garlic shrimp pizza was soggy and smells like fishy. We literally had to throw away all of them even we paid more than $40. Even delivery person was rude and provided poor service. I would NEVER order from this store again.

I will never ever order from this store again. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 showed up, said they'd be right back with the one they left at the store but never returned. When I called an hour later they promised a refund but that never came through either. We've had other issues with them in the past so I guess it's my fault for getting duped again. If you want cheap, luke warm carbs for dinner and you don't care how much of it turns up on your doorstep this is definitely the place for you.
