St Martins Pharmacy

Very bad service. Went at 5:30 pm and ask for a passport photo and they told me that they can not do it because they don't have enough staff. I counted 3 people working at pharmacy.

It is telling that the owner only responds to positive feedback but does not address complaints. Staff appear friendly. But wait until near closing time and they turn dark. Giftware is plentiful. A blackboard outside advised they had hand sanitiser in stock, I went in and paid $9.99. And then.... she handed me a tiny bottle, 45ml. I was gobsmacked. Later in the week I found the same product at another pharmacy for $3.20. ST MARTINS PHARMACY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived at 12:52 on Saturday and the door was locked in front of me while a staff member just looked at me and smiled . I begged to be let in as I really needed some nasal spray, and was rudely gestured to, that the shop was closed. It would literally have taken me 1 minute to buy the product I need. What's more, I was there before the official closing time of 1pm. The Staff member just turned and walked off. Rude. Arrogant. I will not attempt to shop here again. Very disappointed. If you're going to treat people like this then maybe a pharmacist is the wrong job for you.

Twice now I have received unpleasant behaviour from one male pharmacist here. There will not be a third time! I believe this person is well known for his poor attitude towards clients. If the owner/manager reads this…you are ultimately responsible for the standard of behaviour of your staff. It is your duty to set a higher level of professionalism than is currently on display with this individual. Please note the rest of the staff are extremely professional and a delight to deal with. This of course, only highlights the one rotten apple!

From Start to Finish. These Ladies for my 1st, Yes, 1st Vaccination, were way awesome, and I didn't even feel a thing, it's a no pain jab. They were so friendly, I might even go there instead of my local pharmacy (although my pharmacy is a good place) this one R0X! Thanks Ladies! Wonderful Care. Friendly, sincere.

Not busy,had time to look around,plenty of parks,easy access.pharmacy were friendly
