Sadly upon returning a product I only used for an hour I was greeted by an Indian man who quickly pulled the product apart and scrutinised it and then took a piece over to the bench turning it round and round I felt as if I had done something wrong! Yes I'm a female and I understand they need to check and make sure the product still works!? He didnt start the product though he just pulled it apart! I felt so bad I literally yelled out to him that everything is absolutely the exact way it was when I used it. I initially told the first guy upon hiring that I only needed the product for a small job and for an hour or two so yes I returned it an hour later after the job was done!. This indian guy made me feel absolutely ashamed. I'll never hire from here again!!! Disgusting service!

Paid extra for being clearly notified on return time.Hired a sanding machine on a Sat at 3:15pm ( they shut at 4pm) for 4-hour hire. Returned at 9:20am Sunday morning and got charged for extra hours.Staff saying was I should return by 8am then counted as 4-hour but that was not being told on hiring. No contract was given either but only a receipt.Tried to explain, only used a couple of hours and would have returned if it was clearly advised. Staff saying was - I have completed the contact in system / can get Manager to explain……I was speechless. Did not want say anything more on this kind of attitude. Paid and left.The last deal with this branch

Great shop to and hire rental equipment. You can hire anything you need for your DIY jobs around the house. The equipment I hired was clean and I left feeling confident enough to use it. A huge thank you to Serge and Ray - great customer service.
