With Hannahs amazing guidance through her insightfulness, warmth, experience, and skills I have been able to make progressive steps towards a place in my life where I am a peace with my past and working towards a content and self-assured me. I've spoken to Hannah twice now and both times I've left with a sense of clarity, and some great tools to move forwards with my life and my mental health. I really enjoy how she combines spirituality with some more traditional methods of working through mental health blocks. I was totally new to this kind of experience & have felt completely comfortable and confident with her. Highly recommend!
