Very disappointed experience with them.We have finished the contract with them, and returned the terminal to them. But they still are charging rental from our bank account, and told me to deal with their finance company.What a wonderful reason?

So although things did not end out working for me with PosPro due to an issue with the integration of subscriptions and the platform the back end of my website is on, I have to say I received great service, everyone was super help full, customer service was excellent and issues where resolved quickly, would recommend to anyone on customer service alone and PosPro looked awesome too.

terrible experience and service with this company. they are also connected with Finance Now and charge us huge amounts. when we had issues, the support team was very hard to get to. Btw, the other 5 star comments here are all employees of this company. what a fake!

i like the ease of use but a lot of the time not the way it prints out information. ie 2 x hearty breakfasts but only prints one lot of info ie 1x scrambled, not both. bacon and eggs is another, rather than eggs on toast then scrambled it comes up with no meat option. this may all be programming issues that we can fix.
