Always on time and when they can’t make a deadline (only due to Covid most recently) they keep us updated constantly. No Sense of Urgency. I had been looking forward to the framed print which was going to be a present. They were helpful and I was very happy with the frame I selected on the 1st of March that I decided to make the full payment at that point. Unfortunately, it all ended there. I knew it would take about 6 weeks given they had a huge backlog of work. But after 7 weeks (by the 16th of April), I learned they hadn't even ordered the material and I was told this was due to a system error. The thing is, on the 5th week (3rd of April), I emailed them asking for an update but did not get a response. Had they bothered to read and respond, they would have picked up the issue and rectified it. When I finally dropped by on the 7th week, they flatly explained these things happen
