Weta Cafe
We visited Weta Cafe on our last day for brunch, they had amazing coffee and the food was absolutely delicious, generous portions and great value for money. Eggs poached perfectly, high praise to the chefs working here. Better than many Auckland cafes. My daughter enjoyed the cranola with fresh and poached fruits and coconut yogurt, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed the pork belly Benedict, and I the salmon.Would highly recommend if visiting the area best are in town from our experience.

Holy jesus the portions here are generous - get the half size of eggs bene if you're not ready for a literal tower of food! The meals are so so good and the service was lovely. They didn't judge my very Auckland coffee order and everything came out really quickly. Recommended 110%

It's rare for me to leave a less than stellar review (as I know many small businesses work very hard), but I feel this one was warranted. The food here is great, as long as you don't mind being served by what feels like an irritated and ruder server (so much so that some locals were sitting nearby and said, Don't worry. Cute little cafe located in a quiet place off the main street. Gluten free options well catered for - roast chicken roll was great. Also bagel filled with tender beef was awesome. Seating is limited so try to avoid busy times, but turnaround at lunch is quick enough if you want to wait a bit.

We stopped in for breakfast on one of the wettest Sundays ever! The egg benedict was very good and the potion sizes were very generous! Coffee not the best but the staff attitudes were awesome even in the rain and flooding conditions.

Probably the best breakfast I've ever had - Salmon eggs Benedict, Smashed Avo with added bacon with a flat white and a chai latte. If you're in Coromandel town this is a must!The out door area is positioned to catch all day sun that came with great service!

Wanted to eat brunch but only after spending few minutes to decide from menu and only after placing the order were we told that the wait for kitchen orders is 45 minutes. So we just had some coffee which was quite tasty.
