I manage a very busy beach front holiday home, it takes a team to maintain it to a high standard for our guests. Having Brendan be partof that team, taking care of all things to do with the pool, was ahuge help. He is extremely trustworthy, reliable, and very easy todeal with. He communicated with me about any issues we had, alreadyhad solutions and kept me updated the whole way. He went above andbeyond to ensure our pool was always sparkling for guests, even ifthat meant special trips out. Unfortunately when Brendon came to service our spa he has re-screwed the side panel up with the spa lid strap tucked inside so I couldn’t get my spa lid open until I unscrewed all of the side panel. Such a small thing but it makes me wonder how good a job he actually does???? Disappointed ☹️ . Communication was good. Sorry Brendon as you have such excellent reviews but this was so very disappointing.

Brendon looked after my spa and swimming pool for several years and did a great job, I left everything up to him, he knew how we wanted it, clean and ready to use at all times. He did a great job and we were sorry to see him move out of the area.

Imagine the situation .... We have just moved house including the spa. It now sits perfectly by the deck overlooking the lake, and has just been filled. Its a big spa. Having moved before we knew it would error, and as before knew it would need the air blocks looked after. first one was easy. Next was not so easy. Well, it undid all right, but could not do up. There is now water flowing at a great rate of knots out of the junction no matter how hard I tightened it. Through the bottom of the spa, over the newly seeded lawn and over the edge of the retaining wall ... Help! A call to Brendan was made after a google search. Even though he wasn't working, he took my call, calmed me, and advised me of a trick re the o-ring. Wrench in hand, I followed his instructions, undid the whole thing, found (as he had said it would be) the o-ring had unseated itself and no matter the tightening I had been applying, would never had worked the way I had been going. After resetting said O-ring and the whole thing just went into place, tightened as he described it would and the spa kicked into life. Error sorted. But that would never have happened if not for Brendan. Calm, professional and knowledge. He truly helped out a desperate man in the middle of nowhere that he had never met before. Brendan's number is now loaded in my phone for any servicing we require. Thanks Brendan - you saved the day - and probably my marriage too!!
