Mr. Sweep
For years and years I have said that my fire was not operating efficiently , something must be wrong. Finally, this week, a wonderful wonderful man , who has not been here before, explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to put it right, the difference is huge, and was not complicated. I awarded four stars to reflect the fact that it took about twelve years to sort,but Ians service this eeek would have been worth ten stars if ten were available to award!!Thankyou Mr Sweep
