Staff clueless! No co-ordination in store Customers locked out of lobby.Long wait for simple order.The meal was delicious, but management needs to run the floor much better than that!!

Open and good service,has been revamped since last time here.Very spacious and a lot more meal deal options.Has a mini game parlour for kids or the young at heart.

Very disappointed paid $65 for stone cold chips yukk, paid for XLKing burger and got just a king. The 2 BK Hawaiian yummy but cold as was the Double Whopper.. Being a Friday of a long weekend they were busy but expected better as far as their food went.Not a nice meal that we hoped for

Competitors' queue was 2 long last Friday so with trepidation after past bad experiences, we resorted to dine here. Pleasant surprise! Maori lady (don't recall her name sorry) serving at the counter brought meals to my elderly Mum's table as I was in loo. Meals served quickly & piping hot. Lady also realised ice cream was missing from lava cake & quickly got it. Hadn't opened the box yet so I didn't even have a clue. Hoping this marks a return to the awesome BK of old - well done guys, keep it up!!!
