GREAT SERVICE!!We have been to this local Pita Pit twice this week and both times with different staff had exceptional service.They are Friendly ✅️They fill the pita/salad ✅️I'm really pleased with the service I get.They are not stingy (like that other place up the road) if you don't have much of the salad options they make sure to put in lots of what's chosen. Great service. Happy customers we will most likely be regulars.

Food was okay. Customer service not so much. I asked about their mask situation as none of the staff were wearing masks to which the male staff member explained they don’t wear it as they cook over the grill which I understood and carried on with my order, he became quite short with us. We then went to sit down inside to eat and was told they aren’t having people dine-in, it’s not allowed? I asked “even with a vaccination pass?” He said no, they’re closed and not having people eat in. Please maybe update this on your website as it says “In-store ordering & dining are available to all those with vaccine passes, which must be presented to our staff when ordering.” Felt like we were treated unfairly and kicked out essentially because I asked about the use of masks!Food was decent though.

Really unhappy with my experience. I'm gluten intolerant so ordered (and paid $2 extra) for the gluten free wrap, but instead they gave me a regular wrap. So I had to get rid of the pita bread and just eat the fillings....really unhappy with this. If someone with celiacs ordered and got what I got, they could be really really ill. I won't be coming back here. Also the service from staff is not good.

The size has become 1/3 smaller than I normally had. Very disappointing. Probably won’t come to this brach anymore.

Great branch!! Amazing variety of salads ever in the evening. Fresh and good quality food. I must say that there was male staff who served me and he was brilliant! However Indian girl is very not welcoming she always looks very bothered serving you and give as small as possible portions very greedy.

The branch is constantly slow on pick up orders. Even if ordered 15-20minutes prior, I still have to wait more as they even don’t start before I arrive. Love the food and concept, but the service in this specific brunch is terrible.

Usually very good however we got 2 lot's of wedges and got half way through 1 of them when we found a metal shard in one, immediately took a photo and emailed but have heard nothing, won't be going back

Most horrible experience of my life . Man is not friendly and their was his wife and child behind the counter which is not allowed in kitchen in the first place . Rude to me and pits has raw meat not cooked properly. Who will take action against them only reviews can not change anything

Couldn’t get an online refund after one of my smoothies were missed. A real shame as I had been talking Pita Pit up to my partner and finally convinced her to get it.She’s not keen to go back.
