good toilets and good second hand shop but to encourage visitors would be better to have the first hour free

Best place to stop over on a long trip, has all the facilities for a quick rest. Cafes are next door, POI's are in the area, and even has a Car Charger. A point to note is when a tour bus is there, the restrooms can often be crowded. Lots of parking space to park and walk around.

Eden St Car Park
Large Pay and Display car park that is usually busy with angled parking you drive into (or through for the middle parking bays). Some of the parking bays are a little bit narrower than usual elsewhere. Adjacent to the bus terminal and public toilets. There is a single 50kW EV DC fast charger near the exit suitable for EVs with either Type 2 CCS or ChaDeMo (note no Type 2 AC connector here only fast charge DC) - do note only one vehicle can be charged at once. This charger is no longer free to use and is accessed using your ChargeNet account at the usual rates.Self contained freedom campers can stay overnight in this car park. Anyone else not self contained caught overnight camping will be fined.
