The most useless staff I've ever seen In fast food. They beat McDonald's quay Street by far. Can't take instructions, went there 3 times and they never got the order right. Always missing something from the order, even after complaining. Horrible place and will never recommend anyone going there.

Gravy either tastes and has the consistency of water or is thick as with lumps, chips bland and cold. AND forget items from my order every… single .. time … DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER

It’s not often that I leave a negative review for a businesses, so when I do leave a negative review, it’s not to be taken lightly. The staff are rude and a bunch of liars. The business is open until 11pm but when I went through the drive thru at 10pm I was Instantly told “we’ve sold out”. They didn’t even have the courtesy to ask what I wanted to order. I could have just wanted to order a chips and a drink. Please get your act together. You’re getting paid until 11pm to do a job, and I am certain that lying to customers (to avoid doing any work) isn’t part of the job description.

Good staff. Nice seating, all menu items are Halal (certified). Wicked Wings are best seller for us with the Super Charged Sauce.

Dont order online!!! Payed for food and never got it. Walked to the kfc store and they told me fill out a complain online. So payed full price for nothing. Thanks kfc

We actually drive past New Lynn to go to Avondale because it's normally better. Been a bit frustrated lately as my partner and I have both arrived home to discover what we ordered wasn't what we got. Multiple items missing and extras ordered not included. The lady who took my order didn't seem to know the menu very well. I asked for a promotional combo which includes popcorn chicken and potatoe and gravy and instead of finding it she Just added a potato and gravy and popcorn chicken..... no combo for my son. I sit and wait for my turn to order, and I don't think I'm being listened to at all.Food is completely fine just really focus when your ordering And check the bag when you get it.
