I have used Promain roofing twice before for moss removal and they were good. ( once at this property)This time they have after the sales rep looking at the job and me booking it in, it took them months to come and only after me chasing them up they came one day without giving me any notice and I was not home. The office lady said they could not do the job as it was a two man job due to the height of roof. I have rang twice more and I just get fobbed off we need two men" and we will be back in touch" that was months ago. So a very poor experience from a company that had previously provided good service and workmanship."

High Quality Standards - great communication. Gentlemen shows a lot of pride through his work and shows how he loves his job - very rare to find these efforts. Hands down the best company we’ve had that really looked after our roof.

AMAZING WORK, GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.I have a1940's concrete tile roof. Got quotes from 4 companies; was told by all that roof was beyond repair AND needed replacing.ProMain was the only company confident they could repair our roof and lengthen its life span.The roofer, Vinny, was the hardest worker we have ever seen and took great care and pride in his work.Our roof looks as new! (at a 1/4 of the cost, compaired to replacing).Highly recommend !!!

Leaking roof during level 4 lockdown. Called ProMain I had used before out of desperation. Garry responded the next day when rain stopped and came over to fix it. Heavy rain with wild wind a few days later and no further problem. Thanks to Garry, highly recommended.

Great communication. A descriptive quote. The roof repair person was friendly and communicated with us on a daily basis. He was an extremely tidy person ensuring that his ladders and other equipment was well out of our way and used in a very safe manner. The roof was repaired and re-painted in an expert way. We were very pleased with the final outcome and would recommend ProMain with out any hesitation.

With all the rain in Auckland in January and the with the pending cyclone, we knew we had some broken pointing and our roof needed work. One of the companies that we contacted was Promain and their commitment to service was outstanding. Peter visited us on the Saturday, got up looked on our roof and gave us a quote on the spot. We were given a clear timeline of when the roof restoration and painting would occur and it did. Vincent (the roof repair man) was so lovely, hard working, respectful and communicated every day with us whether he could make it not. I can't speak highly enough of Vincent and Promain Roofing. I recommend them for their service and their pricing.
