We went in clueless to get a pair of bikes. Within three minutes the salesperson had identified a suitable pair. In five more minutes we'd ordered them and were walking out of the store. They then took two weeks to arrive, but that's national shipping for you at the moment. The bikes are magic - they fit our needs perfectly.

Every time I go into the store the guys are super helpful, friendly, and go out of there way to help and they do this regardless of how flat out they are. They seem to work as a team and sometimes two are involved in helping out. They’ve on a few occasions helped me out even though it did not have anything to do with a sale .Top shop, top service, love going in there.

We had our two bicycles packed by Evo Cycles for our return to Melbourne from a tour in NZ. They are very professional and its good value for money, taking all the hassle of packing outside the hotel away. Also, it is so convenient to the airport.
