Horrible clothing, dirty, old, secondhand Zara with puffs for 60-80$, really? Ridiculous

I like this place because in general I support and explore shops like Tatty's but I truly don't get the prices! The point is to SELL/recycle/reyse/repurpose pre-loved items and in my opinion they're all way 2 pricey which beats the point and purpose! I would buy much more and more often if prices were affordable but I don't, period! because it makes no sense and knocks off the whole fun of shopping in places like this! This shop has to have cheap offer not prices that are equal to prices of brand new items and fresh seasons from around the corner...Think about it and change your pricing strategy asap and watch the dynamics of the place change for better!

Please stay away!!! I was a loyal second-hand seller of this store, but this time I was completely deceived. All the more than 20 clothes I left are stranded and cannot be returned. I can be sure that I have chosen clothes that are suitable for the season and the design style is exactly the same as the previous few times, but they said that my things were not accepted. This shop has caused great harm and loss to me, please don't go there again!

Chance find... but how amazing is this store... purchased a pair of Brand new Jean's- Banana Republic -$ 6.70!!!! amazing... the store is jam packed with amazing items ... everyone can find something here..Really lovely staff... and..... they are dog friendly.

I've come to this store a number of times and the staff here are so nice and friendly! Store is generally tidy/well presented and they have a good selection of clothes. I've also consigned clothes with them a couple of times and the process is very simple. Highly recommend visiting!

Lovely little shop! My luggage was held up in Customs and I was happy to stumble upon this place. Got some like-new cotton sweaters at a great price. Had to stop myself from buying some leather boots and a few other things. They have a great selection! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Auckland.

Woah, i love this store! We arrived in Auckland without any luggage (it got lost) and we found so many great outfits to get us through the next days waiting for our bags. The people working here are also very friendly and nice. Thanks Tatty’s!

Great customer service as always both online(from Emily) and offline(friendly and welcoming). Store smells pleasant & looks tidy & has good variety of clothing
