He and Jane Keefe conducted 3 open homes on consecutive weekends, with a total of 23 parties attending. Anthony and Jane kept us fully informed of progress, while considerate in arranging the timing of viewings.This active and thorough sale process resulted in an offer that was very close to our asking price within 2 weeks of starting. A true partnership. Anthony and Jane were a delight to work with - we first found Anthony whilst looking for homes - he always followed up and was professional when showing us properties. Unfortunately the house we ultimately bought was not one of his listings but when the time came to list our home I knew who I wanted. We understood that selling a home in a downward market was not ideal and Anthony put us in touch with vendors who could help us tidy up our property, we had it staged and Anthony kept our expectations realistic while also seeing the Value of our property. We had an offer above after a few days on the market -it was conditional on them selling their property and we were willing to wait and work with the buyers.Anthony did not stop marketing our property even after we had a signed contract and he brought us another offer which in the end did not work out.
