It's a mixed bag - plumbing work good, cost eyewatering as you would expect. The delay - well, it's post COVID and we have to make allowances. I'm disappointed however that although when I called I stated my email address as a primary contact method, stated that I do not answer the phone during the day, and stated that my ex wife should be removed from the picture entirely, save as a phone number to contact for access should there be a problem.However, Laser have chosen not to email me but to call me, chosen to bill my ex wife and communicate with her instead of me, and bothered my ex-wife who doesn't need to be bothered with this. Although the work got done and is of good quality and Laser really have gone out of their way to be helpful and understanding, their to involve my ex wife against my express wishes, as well as apparently ignoring my communication preferences, leaves me with a situation to deal with. And so, I am now breaking up with Laser as well.Information systems which treat jobs as belonging to people, not addresses, are the answer to this problem. Sometimes, the question of who called the job in really does matter an awful lot.
