Shocking absolutely terrible we ordered architraves for our 1913 villa in Invercargill and they turned up all damaged. They wrapped it with a piece of plastic expecting it would be fine to travel the length of the county. I can't believe they didn't bubble wrap it. It then took over 9 days to get our full refund l would not recommend this company for long haul delivery.

went in to ask for a quote with a sample and the staff couldnt tell me a price per meter of timber, nor a price for a one off set up fee to run architrave. the staff recomended i went elswhere, obviously they dont want buisness, i recomend timberman

Horrible customer service as always here, honestly if you are shopping here you better know what you need as the staff will be of zero help and don't expect a thank you after buying their very expensive items.
