We had feed here last night was bit weary do to past experience years ago. But use did nt disappoint me n my partner still raving bout it the nxt day to to write a review. Yum as be bak for sure. Good work u amazing wahine. God bless

We had takeaways for lunch yesterday from Bay View Seafood. My granddaughter has coeliac disease and loved the gf chips, sausages and pineapple ring - all a rare treat for her. I had an ordinary order. It was very well cooked and tasy and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

On Friday, I was craving hotdog, gurnard and fish n chips. I drove 20mins to get this. Wasn't impressed. Was mostly batted and not much fish. The chips weren't cooked. Cost be almost $20

After a day trip to Napier with a slight hangover, we decided we required some good Ole fish n chip sustenance before hitting the road back to Taupo. After 2 stops on the way to find closed or abandoned pubs, our last hope was this wonderful place. BUT on entering, the wonderful lady in the kitchen informed us they were closed. But she took one look at my disappointed and hungry face and insisted she make us toasted sandwiches... and what excellent sustenance they were! Not only was the food great, and the friendly and kind hospitality even better but a hug and kiss made our day. Thank-you! Times have been hard for you, but your beautiful hospitality and mana will never be forgotten. XX

Such yummy fish & chips with lovely friendly service. We had a huge order last time we came and it was all still so fresh and delicious. The gurnard was melt in your mouth fresh. Yum!!!
