We saw a place and fell in love with it- contacted Fraser Flynn and they made the entire process painless and easy. They were attentive, responsive and eased all our fears about the renting process. Iura took care of us and had us in our new home in less than two weeks- highly, highly recommended!

We rented for a year & a half and Fraser Flynn were mostly excellent & made a couple of small problems experienced very to easy to sort. Overall they were highly professional and friendly during tenancy making regular 3 month inspections. However at the end of tenancy when we moved out Fraser Flynn withheld bond despite house being clean, tidy with no damage. Communication wasn't great including ignoring phone calls & messages not replied to so we didn't know what was going on. But after 2 weeks all was sorted with full bond return & it appeared the owner of the property was making things difficult.

The level of professionalism and communication is by far the best. Dealing with Elishea of Fraser Flynn made the process of renting out a stress free process. I would happily recommend their services to anyone who might plan to rent a property in the future.

I have lived at a property managed by Fraser Flynn for about 2 years, and have found them to be extremely easy to deal with. They are prompt on any work that needs doing and always happy to talk about any property needs.Me and my partner have recently moved out and found them to be very accommodating of us breaking the lease early and made it a quick and painlesss experience.They are a smaller business but I find this means they have more time for there tenants.Thank you to both Jack and Elishea for dealing with me and my flatmates, we appreciate you both!

I stayed with Jack/Sue's property in Upper Riccarton for almost 2 years. I had one of the best experiences with them. Professional, kind and one of the rare property agents who add the human touch made the experience worth while. If I weren't moving overseas I wouldnt have left the property or rented bigger property from them.Even when I had to head overseas for almost 4 months on a short notice for work purposes, Jack/Sue were so kind as to even giving me a long rope and consideration when it came to routine inspections which I missed a couple.End of lease experience too was awesome as never had a complaint and hopefully for them too.Thanks for everything guys. just wish you had operations here in Australia and I would sure have leased/rented something from you.Hope to cross paths in future for sure.Love and regards,Rohit

Fraser Flynn, led by Jack, made our first experience into the rental market a seamless experience. Despite living out of town, Jack expertly handled all the necessary pre-rental requirements on our behalf, making the entire process effortless. Now that our property has been rented out, we are impressed with the convenience of managing tenant requests, bills, invoices, and payments through an app. Overall, we rate our experience with Fraser Flynn and Jack a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend their services.

My husband and I rented a property that was managed by Sue and Jack - we had an amazing experience. Really made it such a breeze to work with and made us feel super comfortable when renting someone else's home.
