Clutha Dental (Formerly Graham York Dental)

Dr. Yi Wei was very gentle but thorough with her clean. I'm not a fan of cleans, but my gums look much better and bled less.

Clutha dentist is No good.You have been warned

I'm so stoked with the dental work at Graham York Dental. Not only did they manage to fit me in quick smart after I'd chipped my front tooth, but it was filled and looks perfect alongside my imperfect teeth, all within half an hour. Thank you Amanda.

I have used Graham York Dental for 3 years now as the price was great, last year i had a filling fall out and now another one has fallen out in less than 2 years of having it, they won't fix it, i have to pay for a new one. I guess they are so cheap because they use low quality stuff. Fillings should last 7 to 15 years

Reply to owners reply:My appt was at 9.45. I was not asked to go through until 10.09. There was no indication on any reason for a hold up until the dentist took a phone call during my appt. & my appt was not brought forward. It was always made for that day, I was on a waiting list for cancelations but was never contacted. The customer service was appalling.After having to wait 2 months for the appt with multiple sore tooth & me informing the receptionist that I needed a tooth out, I waited 25 min after the appt start time to be asked to go in. No-one bothered to inform me of a delay or anything. Once in the appt, the dentist kept asking what area was the most sore, indicating to me he only had time to look at 1 thing despite my prior conversation with the receptionist. After briefly looking in my mouth, his cellphone rang, which was 5 minutes of him organizing a tow truck. In the end he didn't do anything to my teeth except take xrays. I suffer from anxiety at the dentist due to previous dentists. Graham York knew this and was great with me. Unfortunately this hasn't continued with new ownership. If I kept a client waiting 25min with no updates I wouldn't be in business long, but for some reason dentists & doctors can.

bloody awful three days later pain is worse than when I went in. Avoid, go somewhere else.
