I highly recommend the hair extension service offered at Shine. Jade has looked after my extensions for the last 4 months. While I was a bit apprehensive about getting extensions put into my hair in the first place as I didn’t know much about them, I have had nothing but a fantastic experience at Shine.Jade does such a beautiful job of bringing out hair results I could only dream of having. She is so easy to talk to and makes the process very enjoyable.The team at Shine is very friendly and welcoming and you can’t beat the location of the salon right on Oriental Parade too! Jade is the best! she is the only person I trust with my hair and hair extensions. Not only is she an amazing hairdresser with cuts and coloring too, shes really nice! She also does my daughters hair for dance and wow! she incredible at braiding too! Highly highly recommend Jade and Shine. The salon is so welcoming and friendly.

Jade is the best hairdresser/stylist to ever exist! It's not often I can say I trust someone with my hair, but I can 100% with Jade. From the first consultation, she really listened to my hair thoughts, dreams & concerns and took them all on board. She has such a professional and high class standard of creating the most beautiful hair possible. At the same time during her magic and creating, you are met with the most kind hearted, humble and fun person. Jade really is a one in a million. Just had my hair done today and it was the best job anyone had done on my hair. It wasn’t rushed like I’ve had in the past and everything was just done with extra care and the service was amazing too. Already booked my next appointment.

The Aura treatment at Shine is great if you want healthier, straighter, sleek hair, and Lucinda does an amazing job. The effect was still slightly in my hair 7 months after getting the express version which is meant to last 3-4 months. The results stack, so getting another treatment built upon my first for even better results. Great for both guys and girls! The location is so nice and enjoyable too.

April has looked after my hair for 4 yrs now and I can say that it is always a pleasure to see her. She really listens to what your issues are with your hair, comes up with great ideas and always encourages my feeds back. We exchange recommendations around books to read and share good food and travel ideas all while having my hair expertly cut and styled. It is clear that others in the salon are having the same close attention and fun conversations. I always leave feeling and looking great!! Highly recommend.
