I had a leather travel satchel ,the zip packed up after a few uses. Took into wgtn they were so helpful even though out of warranty ,but zip should last for ever. Melissa,Jordy ,Jordan sent to Adelaide and kept me informed. Back brand new again Awesome thanks so much cheers Ben

Teach your staff to acknowledge your customers. Walked in today and was not acknowledged, or approached unlike others who entered after me? Not sure if it were because I was limping from an injury, my ethnicity or ignorance.Visited to get help on deciding which colour of Burnished Macquarie boots to order. Left with disappointment instead.

once again very disapointed.after walking for 20 minutes on saturday in Wellington to get a new pair of boots to find a note on the door back in 30mins two salespeople were in the shop it was 1.15 I tapped on the door and the lady said she needed lunch and to come back in 30 mins. I did not go back Better organisation of breaks is needed

Staff were unenthused with serving both my Dad and I wanting a pair of boots from them. They were also out of socks for us to try them on and the only suggestion was for us to buy some them come back to try them on. I personally love the boots but wouldn't go here for service

Had the best experience purchasing my first pair of RMs here (5/7/23). The girl who helped me was awesome and answered all my dumb questions + made sure i had the right fit. Will definitely come back.
