Do not buy from them,we had more problems with the car they sold us. 3 separate issues in 4 months. They refused to help us. Ended up going to another dealer. Do not trust these guys. Stay away.

I purchased a Toyota Mark X Zio 2012 from your yard for 10k. However, four months later, in June 2022, I returned to your yard to obtain a quote for a cash sale as my circumstances had changed. You offered me a mere 2000 in cash for the same car, which was still in good condition, despite my recent purchase. This offer was shockingly low, as other yards had offered me at least 7k or 8k.I feel that you have taken advantage of my situation and ripped me off as a customer. Although I was too busy to address my concerns at the time, I would like to make my complaints known now, as I believe that others should be aware of your unfair trade practices.I have no intention of conducting any further business with your company in the future.Andy

Put a deposit on a car worth 10k. For starters they tried selling us paperwork for a different car. Should have been a red flag and walked. Were pressured to buy BMI (insurance).Within weeks, the radiator failed, rocker cover needs replacing as its leaking oil. The radio completely resets and sometime stops playing altogether every time the car turns on. Theres is a lound engine knock when the car pulls away. Weve replaced tyres and had wheel alignments. The car still pulls to one side and shakes. The windows dont work. And the list goes on.Written and called to Craig and turners without response. Finally we received an email saying they cannot help and theres nothing they can do.Bought an absolute lemon and were sold insurance cos they new it.Horrible cars and worse customer service.

Worst service ever, treated really poorly by one staff member. Lied too, mislead by others, I run a business and just got the run around. It took over two weeks to get our new car from Christchurch to Dunedin. ‘I would not recommend turners for any service what so ever. I don’t think we will use them again.

Submitted a virtual appraisal, followed up multiple times, never got a call or email back. Went to a lot of effort filling out their forms and providing pictures so not impressed. And no longer interested btw, don't bother.

Wasn’t impressed with the service there. Wanted to trade in my car which I knew the worth off and they didn’t even offer me half of what it’s worth. I understand they need to make money but they need to learn to give reasonable offers .

Never buying from Turners again, and have deterred all who are considering it.Paid cash for a Ute in October - reported a fault/loud crack/burning smell in April 2nd.
