Had a really good experience with these guys, phoned them in the morning and they said I could drop it off that morning, they looked at it that day and ordered the part and 24 hours later the alternator was delivered and fitted and we were on the road again.Some of the other garages in the area wouldn't even diagnose it within a few days meaning it would have taken the best part of a week with ordering parts.Great service, Cheers!

I left 2 batteries at 10am to be tested. At 2.45 pm I was back in the area so called in & waited and waited for service. Eventually I entered the office to inquire about my batteries and was told they hadn't been tested. The two minute job was done down the road.

Great service and honest advice. Highly recommend if you have any battery issues or need a new battery. Great guys.

It was a bad experience with them! I needed it a car check, when I booked an appointment the receptionist told me how much it will cost, when I left the car a week after , I was surprised when she charged me a higher price ( of course they did the check and nothing else) , when I told her the difference between the prices the unfriendly lady said that it was impossible because in their price list they don't have anything that cheap". I said that it was her who told me that price the week before and no another person

Terrible, really got messed around. Was told they would get WOF done by lunch time but waited 5 hours just for them to tell me they'd run out of time and had to do it the next day. Not sure why they couldn't tell me this earlier rather than me wasting 5 hours!My van has a kitchen bench I always have to take off for WOFs and put on the floor, this has never been an issue before. Despite checking with them multiple times if it would be okay and telling them to call me if not, they decided mid-WOF to try to rebolt it down themselves without calling me, but broke the L brackets and now the electrics don't work either. Will not go back.Sam from customer service was actually very friendly though.

I certainly recommend the team here whom went out of their way this Friday. Ringing up this morning they got my car straight into the work shop as they knew I needed to get to work tomorrow. After having my car not start, a new starter motor fixed the problem. I was well informed and was great that they could carry out a service as I was over due. Cheers for your great service.
