Really don't recommend here, it's the worst massage, keep looking at the phone, when I told her I had a headache and needed a deep neck massage, she suddenly retaliated and increased the intensity resulting in bruising of the neck muscles for more than a week, they just said normal and willing to refund, but let me delete the comment here, otherwise no refund, it's really, very infuriating. Who allowed such a bad shop to operate until now? Is it people's tolerance and weakness? If there are locals who have the same experience, contact together and purge such bad people and businesses

Came in for a head neck shoulder massage today with my friend at about 11am 20/1/22Absolutely dreadful massage, very rough felt like burning whilst running his hands along my back, very very hard pressure to the point I was upset and couldn't wait for it to end!! I had a young male person massage me and he was extremely unprofessional, and my neck shoulders and back are extremely sore....I will be going in tomorrow to complain because treatment like that is dangerous, you can seriously hurt someone permanently. If you can see your clients tense and vocally upset you shouldn't continue! I will be asking to see the massage person's certificate to practice or credentials tomorrow!!Don't go here!!! Terrible experience and I don't think they know what they are doing!!!

Had the best massage today (head, neck, shoulders, back, feet). Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely coming back.

Beware!!Worst Massage, had to tell the guy it hurt on more than one occasion.I had to ask if he was unwell as he coughed and breathed heavily. He laughed me off. (Your thinking why didn’t I run? I wanted to! I was topless facing down on a table)-Did not speak good english.-Did not know how to massage and in turn will need to go to physio for my left shoulder to fix whatever he’s damaged.-shop was cold and damp.Will be going further with this complaint as this practice is unsafe.Was offered a refund and thats as far as it went.

Went for the first time to use my gift voucher..went for neck, shoulder and back massage. Would not recommend it at all. Did not enjoy it at all. Even after asking the lady to reduce the pressure, she continued to press the pressure points too hard that it was too painful rather than relaxing. Now the next day, whole of my back and neck feel very sore to touch. There was no communication or acknowledgment from the lady whether she was understanding me or no....very upsetting. Biggest mistake going there.

I had a massage from a young gentleman. He was very obviously not professionally trained.It wasn't a terrible massage (just unprofessional)and he did constantly check that the pressure was ok, but at the end I had to stop him as he was determined to fix what he called a 'string' in my leg which was in fact a varicose vein. Had he been qualified he would have realised this. I am now off to the Dr with a very sore inflamed leg, hoping that it has not caused a clot. So much damage can be done by people that dont know what they are doing!! Ask to see their certification before beginning.
