Performance Plus Physio

I highly recommend popping along and seeing Jodi and the team at physio performance plus. I’ve been in for a few injuries and always received phenomenal service. Jodi has always taken the time to listen and understand my concerns and offer practical hands on treatment as well as exercises to do at home. I couldn’t recommend the team more ☺️

I sprained an ankle at a tournament and Jodi helped me out immediately. She was so kind, professional and knowledgeable, and patiently explained everything as she was treating me. Would highly recommend her and Performance Plus Physio, I couldn't have asked for better support. They should be your go to physio to visit!

I have problems with my knee (Jumper’s knee) for nearly 2 years now and my friend recommended me this place to go to. I play volleyball which involves a lot of frequent jumping. I started going to this clinic and they literally have the best service. People are so nice and welcoming. Their therapists are also well trained and knowledgeable.I have Diana Chen as my physiotherapist (which my friend recommended) and she’s amazing. She specialises in sport injury (specifically volleyball) which was very convenient for me. She’s helped me a lot for instance making a gym workout programme for my knee and back + home workouts.I would highly recommend this place.

Best physio in town. Jodi was able to treat my ankle injury and have me recovered in record time. Through the process she was knowledgeable in her explanation of what she was doing and why. I have also seen her for other injuries and she has been able to hit the nail on the head every time. Highly highly recommend physio plus. Every one I know who has been treated by them absolutely raves about the service and skills.

Absolutely the best physios in Chch by a country mile, cannot wait to get back here to sort my back out! Super understanding of whatever you've got going on and really listen to get to the bottom of it and provide the best treatments available!!

Google Reviews are legit. Received support from Diana Chen about a running injury which was really fantastic. Appreciated the comprehensive approach to identifying the issue and the communication in helping me to understand the underlying factors. Treatment fantastic and have a good plan to help with self-care and prevention. Very glad I went rather than just riding it out.

Highly recommend performance plus physio clinic. Great team. Super grateful for their support and expertise. Always leaning something new, and I definitely wouldn’t be where I am (in terms of recovery for my knee rehab) if I hadn’t had their support. :).

Awesome bunch of people who work here everyone is so friendly and approachable.I’ve been to other physiotherapists before but these guys really want to put time into you to help you get back on track with your full potential at things you are committed with sports or any activities. Unlike other places where they just see you for about 5-10min then just give you homework to do exercises at home, Performance Plus Physio will go through what the damage is you are dealing with and how to get back on track properly. I’ve been seeing them for the past 2 years or so now and wouldn’t change to another place.

I've come here with several different injuries and Diana has been able to effectively alleviate many pain symptoms and help me re-learn various movements to future-proof myself. She is kind, easy to deal with, and great at her job! A great team of people here!
