Well my experience with Airmaster was fantastic. Arron the sales person came in on Friday afternoon. And We had a call from him on Monday your A/C has arrived. So we booked an installment date for Tuesday afternoon. The two man Tim and Lance worked non stop for 4 hours. Even in the heat of the afternoon. We were blown away with there hard work and ones finished they even cleaned up after them selves with a vacuum cleaner. And showed me how to work the heat pump. Thank you all at Airmaster for the great work. We are very happy with all the work and service. I have no problem to give your company name to any one that is looking for any of your services. Thank you all so much.

What a great team. They contacted us as soon as we requested a quote for a heat pump, and they had the quote to us the same day the assessor came to look at our house. The guys who installed were on time, quick and professional and made a beautiful job of the installation. In all, a seamless customer service. I will happily recommend Air Master to anyone.

We had AirMaster come and install a heat pump early March 2020.AMAZING!!!!These guys came to our home did a quote mid Feb, totally professional but not impersonal. So informative and honest, they listened to my concerns (I didnt want a heat pump I wanted a fire place) and were able to support their answers and even helped with ideas on how to maintain heat, best placement, concerns with brands within our budget with honest advice and modesty. They offered the largest heat pump to install in the best place for our home. We have an old brick home and needed extra wiring to install. Their price for this was affordable and well deserved. They came early in the day and installed the heat pump with respect and amazing professionalism. They gave full demonstration on how to use, and even a cheat sheet" for those not wanting to read the long instruction booklet. Nice!The end result is if you want a professional

Arron was professional, friendly and helpful. There was a two week wait before installation but they kept me up to date with progress, happily answering all questions. On installation day the guys who came were also friendly and professional. They got the job done quickly and tidied up after themselves. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

We have just had a heat pump installed by Airmaster Whangarei. The price was competitive and Matthew, the sales rep was very helpful.The two technicians Dilip and Darius did an excellent job and the house was left in a very clean state.

I am so disappointed at your unprofessional manner. After reading excellent reviews, I didn’t even check other company. I called on Friday morning(21/10)to be scheduled to seeing someone today(27/10) A lady from service centre booked us in and informed me that someone will contact us to confirm on time. After long weekend, I thought I should give them more time so I waited for their call patiently until due date. No one calls back. A same lady from service department answered my call telling me to wait again because they are too busy. My suggestion: inform the customers first, not to waste their precious time.
