Have only been close to mall closing time. Seems to always take a long time to receive orders. Buns have been cold on more than one occasion.

Poorest customer serviceThe food was OILY AND SOGGY the nuggets for my son were stale you could throw them n seriously hurt someone if you were that way inclined how old were they !? The lady behind the counter was rude she wouldn’t serve anybody instead demanding they use the kiosk one of two (the other was broken) once confronted about a seperate issue they staff tried to trespass me from a public space (they are not owners or occupants there for hold no legal ground to do so) because she (nicolle gaskin) didn’t like being told off n questiond for her HARRASMENT and public slandering on social media she has been the manager here for a short while and HOW POORLY MANAGED it has become slow orders-table, low quality food, poor communication with the customers, incorrect orders, when I confronted counter staff about the order I had made for my son who then had to get sushi because the nuggets were so stale and chips soggy The manager on duty all the while hid in the store room and was on her cell phone !! Again they tried to remove me this time with security The security was so embarrassed when my five year old told them the law n that we were free to do what we please the a rude mc donalsds worker NOT DOING HER JOB COEERECTLY and bullying customers was sulking. They had no legal grounds to remove me and we went about eating our lunch and finishing our shoppingGet better staff and management DISGUSTING to say in the least

Had great service from the lady taking my order however unfortunately the burger itself was a different story. There was so much oil in it, the bottom bun was soaking wet. Cardiac arrest felt imminent while eating this meal.

I've never eaten hockey pucks, but that's what it looked like had happened to our burgers. To be fair, they were quite busy and it wasn't a huge long wait for our order. But had we have dined in, i would have taken my hockey puck back and complained.

If you think KFC staff sprinkles lots of salt on their chips, you should come to this McDonald's inside Chartwell Mall. The salt must be free on the day, the chips/frech fries we had were soooo salty that it was so disgusting and inedible. Seriously! We did the takeaway so too far to return to get replacement. Not going back there again even when we next visit Chartwell Mall, which we do regularly.

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder added Rasher Bacon, Lettuce and Mayo on arrival to me it had no lettuce and the 4-1 patties had been replaced with old looking Angus patties that weren’t seasoned how does one totally miss one thing but not the rest but also decide we have no 4-1 left I’ll just use this old looking Angus pattie instead? Definitely won’t be buying from here again

The girl on chips dropped a bunch on a bench then picked it up with her bare hand and dropped them into the order. She did not like the fact that I rejected the order first time in mcd for a long time reminds me why I give it a wide berth
