Easy to follow “how to” videos make PaySauce a great tool for paying staff and keeping track of leave owing and final pays. It took me a while to get the hang of but the support staff are awesome. I’d recommend not leaving the pays to the last minute, as delays in replies can happen during peak times (second week of June with new employees).Easy to use app, for employees to record their hours.Overall very happy with PaySauce!

On behalf of Future Air Solutions - to anyone who has a job cost centre and needs a payroll system that allocates labour to jobs i would NOT recommend using this provider, unless you want to waste company resources i.e. time each week manually entering your payroll. We were forced to move when Reckon merged with this outfit, who most people have never heard of. Priced point is exceptionally high for what you get in return - $130 a month gets you a system that sends a lump sum transaction of your payroll through as a bill, it doesn't journal the transactions or separate the liabilities. The app lags and boots people out 90% of the time, cuts off job names, long wait times to get hold of anyone, anytime there is an issue you are met with excuse after excuse. Ran absolutely no testing before our account went live, and from day one we had issue upon issue with the account. Only lasted a little over 3 months and happily moved to Crystal. We haven't looked back - completely professional and haven't had one problem so far.

Great payroll provider, really helpful staff who take ownership of any problems I make lol, love the 'how to' videos, they are the best idea.

This app is a joke. Dont download this app for payroll all sorts of problems id say the other reviews are fake . Bad communication and no consistency to pay times . Plenty of alternative apps out there that are much better to use .

Easily the best NZ payroll service I have used so far. So easy to use but if I do have any questions the support team are amazing!!!
