Very impressed with the service :)I visited the store on the basis that the main website said they may have some Amazon Echo Dot speakers in store.By the time I got there, they had sold out, which is fair enough.The assistant I spoke to was very helpful, and ordered one for me from another store, and said they could post it to me, in Putaruru, for no charge.Two days later it arrived in the post. Awesome customer service!!

Very unhappy. Unprofessional staff. I went to the store in matamata on labour day and bought an over two hundred dollar watch. They did not have it in stock so I ordered it and asked for delivery. One week later I called them and they said they thought it was for pickup. And now they are saying that I have to pay more money for delivery. If I didn't live in a town far away from there I would never have asked for delivery

Just went right now to buy a PS5. The lady serving me was extremely rude and unhelpful and didn't answer my questions of the product I was buying and didn't seem to care. Not coming back, she should get fired.
