Hamilton Lake Clinic have an astounding, polite & knowledgeable staff base who are always ready to help the next patient. Wait times are low, doctors are friendly & hands on and I find it very easy to make an appointment as soon as I need one.

i wanted to change doctors i called to see if i could go in and enroll but was told to enroll online if new patient not taking casual patients i said sprained wrist bad at work and the person didn't believe me. ratchet services i got and she talked over me straight up didn't want to hear what i wanted to say.

As my first experience at this hamilton lake clinic at grey street I think the services is poor communication on email , on phone and unprofessional. The receptionist from Filipino was very bad manner she did not respect to client . She was not helpful. She did not answer my questions . I know that the rule is need to make an appointment , i went to that Filipino reception to book an appointment for my daughter but unfortunately she want to see my daughter. My daughter was sick she cannot come with me so I didn’t bring her . She did not give any appointments for me . Very unprofessional Filipino reception

Filipino reception was rude and unprofessional. Her behavior is really bad manner. She need to learn how to welcoming and respect client. This hamilton lake clinic at grey street really bad service. Especially the Filipino reception lady .

I think the care here is really excellent. However, the call / support seems to be a bit patchy. Everyone is always super kind once you get them on the phone but good luck getting through.

I giving one one for this hamilton lake grey street clinic because Filipino reception very rude to me. This clinical charge to patient very expensive. I went to see doctor only completed a form they charge me over $100 already registration and everything . They not even deal and not explain anything. They are really useless. I don’t recommend this clinic. The filipino was so rude .
