Very limited info on website, compared to others. No prices, so can't compare and choose after business hours, have to wait hours to get response the next day instead of other sites with ALL info readily available. I prefer not to have to divulge personal information to get a price list!

We were very lucky that the lady was there on Saturday as she had just called in for a brief time. She was absolutely lovely and had us sorted in quick time.Even though she had to be at one of the other storage venues, she did not rush us or make us feel like a bother.Would highly recommend this facility if you are after storage and great service.

This is the best place to store. Owners and staff are very friendly and can't do enough to help. So convenient to Hillcrest, Riverlea,Hamilton East, Tamahere and Cambridge.

new owners aren’t friendly our stuff got rain damage & moldy in the storage room. Also mice sht on our stuff. They also knew it wasn’t good but we were still paying full price & still treated us rudely. wouldn’t recommend they just want your money

Highly disgusted with the way this storage facility is run. I had household furniture completely ruined by mould and rodents. The office guy justin" is rude and arrogant and has no interest in even trying to solve the problem
