I booked online at crosscut for a guys haircut, but the hairdresser was still busy with a previous client 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, so I left. It felt disrespectful of my time. Perhaps females are more tolerant of that sort of delay, but I'll go elsewhere.

Always receive incredible service from Sandra and the team! I've been going to Sandra for years and I cannot fault her work! I always leave the salon feeling fabulous!

While holidaying on the Shore in December and January, I visited Crosscut several times for styling, Keratin treatment and colouring. I went back again and again because I was so impressed with Wendy and her team, their friendliness and professionalism. They do a really really great job and I would recommend them every time.

Until I moved from Auckland Kirsty was my stylist for many years. I have very curly afro hair and her cuts are amazing and always what I want whether my hair is short or long. It is very hard to find a stylist that can cut curly hair so I 100% recommend you go to Kirsty.
