By no means fancy, this place has all the equipment to keep you busy. Quite small, but has all the essentials. Usually not crowded which is a big plus for those exercising during their lunch breaks.

Awesome facilities and incredible customer service ! Great to have access to the pool also ! Especially after a workout ! Looking forward to going back there again soon next time I’m in Auckland ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else !!! Hence the 5 stars !!!

Been a member since 2011, last year they upgraded there cardio and strength training equipment and they now have everything you need and more. Great gym, wonderful pool, and tennis court can't fault it and with the summer we have had nothing better than a workout followed by a swim.

Good gym with showers and a pool. Had a weekly pass which costed 100dollars with 20dollars refunded when key was returned. Adele was very helpful! Keen to use this facility again if I am back in Auckland.

Small but decent gym. Other end of the spectrum from Les Mills. Open 34 hours, big windows down the side, some machines and free weights but no classes. Lower cost.

Awesome little gym with reasonable prices, and no long term contracts. I was in town for a week and bought a week membership, it was 100$ but you get $50 back at the end. Compared to the $30 1 day drop in fee at les mills, this is a deal and a half! Friendly staff and not too busy! Great for anyone visiting Auckland!

Great for Vacationers. My friend and I set up a week membership to work out during our week holiday in Auckland. Mark is incredible, hilarious, and really takes pride in his facility. It is a small gym in an apartment building. It is not spacious, but offers the essentials. There is a 75 foot one lane pool and tennis courts available. If you are looking for a one week membership(as of 11/01/16), it will run you $95 with $50 being refunded as long as you return the keycard. Because the gym is in an apartment building a key card is required for entry. Bring your own sweat towel and grind out a workout and get back to your sightseeing!

I love this gym cause it's so flawless. I can go to do any kind of exercise at any time and I have my space and I can use everything without any problem. Staff is so friendly and helpful for any questions or doubts you may have. Excellent service and price.
