Amazing donuts and the best bubble tea I've had - way better than the other chains around. The staff are very kind and their donuts are well priced. Love it!

The pies here were ok, i had the chicken pie and the steak and cheese pie, the flaky pastry taste good, the pies both had lots of meat, the gravy/sauce was too jelly for me.The donuts are priced really well, just wish they had more filling in side of them as half the donut doesnt have filling. The caramel tasted like it was a golden syrup caramel, which isnt for me. The custard donuts taste good, just need more custard inside.Wouldn’t say its a must have but definitely worth a try for the donuts since the pricing for them is good

Second time I’ve been here and bought steak n cheese pie and a donut. Pie is tasty and fresh not flaky like some bakeries which tells me it’s fresh. Donuts are amazing. Top place!

A great little place for Donuts and milk tea. Affordable and delicious. I have tried most of the custard filled donuts and they are very good. Also the mango milk tea is the best I have had so far. I thought it was better compared to Mo mo tea / gong cha. If you want to support new local business this is the place to go to. Good packaging as well if you are thinking of gifting etc. I am the first to review this place so putting as much information :).

Had a delicious donut and butter chicken pie. The staff member that served me was very friendly and nice to chat to. Great service and great affordable food.
