Paradise!! This is fantastic place for private functions. You will have magnificent view of south island ranges and breathtaking views of sea.. it can not be explained in words! Must attend if you ever invited. Love to go back.

When we went to see Boomrock for the first time, that was it. That’s where we were having our wedding. Photos of this place can’t do it justice, you have to go see it because it’s absolutely beautiful and in any type of weather.We had our wedding here three weeks ago and we are still dreaming about it. We were able to customize our wedding at Boomrock and were even able to have our labrador at our ceremony! Boomrock obviously has many many wedding ceremonies there, but on our night, we felt like we were the only ones who has ever been married there. It was the most magical day/night. Alicia was just the best and was there to not only offer support with beverages but to make sure everything went to plan. And it did! Not one mishap! We loved working with Alicia because she was happy, enthusiastic and made us feel like she was just as excited for our wedding as us. We appreciated that she was calm and willing to make whatever we wanted happen.Also the food was to die for! Guests went on and on about the food and so did we. You’d be safe with all dishes at Boomrock, they are amazing.Our night was so magical and we thank all the Boomrock staff that worked hard to give us our night. We especially thank Alicia for being calm and patient with us while also just being literally happy for us. We couldn’t recommend this place more.Kellie and Sinead

We are forever grateful to have had our wedding at Boomrock. To say that everything was perfect is an understatement. Alicia was amazing to communicate with and left us with no stress at all because her and her team had organised everything to a T. The venue speaks for itself, we had the most incredible day where we could clearly see the south island. We knew on our first visit that we were in for something special and that Boomrock was where we wanted to get married. The ceremony area is beautiful and the lodge hosts an amazing reception. It felt so romantic and intimate and really provided a special day for us and our guests. There were several activities available to entertain our guests while they were there including pétanque and golf off the cliffside which was a stunning photo opportunity as the sun was setting. The food was amazing, and the staff looked after everyone so well. We were able to cut our cake and have our first dance outside underneath the festoon lights which was beautiful. All day long and even weeks afterwards our guests could not stop talking about how much of an amazing day they had had at Boomrock. Thank you so much Alicia and all the Boomrock team, you made our day so special.

Absolutely love spending time out at Boomrock. Have had the pleasure of being a guest for a wedding here recently and also working there as a photographer for couples, the experience is great on both sides!

Probably one of the most romantic wedding place I have been. The location is a bit funny as it take about 30 mins from Jacksonville motorway exit.Then you feel you go to an isolated place without GPS signal in the last 5 mins before you arrive Boomrock.But once you arrived this place. You will be stunned by the breathtaking ocean view.When weather is fine. This place is really unbeatable for weddingWe felt so cool that we were invited to be there for friends wedding.

I visited Boomrock for a Christmas function, to say the location is amazing is an understatement! The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating, there were fantastic activities on offer and the food and wine was on point. Wow. I felt very lucky, and the weather put on a real show.

This wedding venue is simply breathtaking! The views are absolutely stunning and made for the most magical wedding photos and video. I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience.

Was definitely the best decision to choose boomrock as our wedding venue.The views are breathtakingly beautiful. We have received so many compliments from our guest and people who have seen our wedding photos about the beautiful venue. Not only that Chloe is one of the most kindest and sweetest people I have dealt with. She was the wedding coordinator at boomrock and she certainly made the wedding planning and wedding day stress free. The food was also really good 10/10
