Bought a car cost $15,000 which is a lot of money to me. Paid cash, had excellent service with the man I originally bought it off, delivered to our motel while we were isolation for when we got out. Just over a year later the engine crapped itself as we were heading into taupo for hubby’s birthday. I rang drive n save to see if I had warranty and the lady I got was very very rude! Saying oh well and actually laughing. So wasn’t expecting that reaction. I wish I’d got her name so I could put it on here. Very disappointed not even an apology for what’s happened even though it wasn’t her fault some sympathy would’ve been appreciated. $6,000 bill later to get it fixed.I pick my car up.In response to your reply Sarah. No I did not swear at you! And continue swearing at you? How rude of you to say that publicly. How ridiculous. And also it was serviced regularly. How rude also for you to assume that. And lastly 30,000kms is all your cars are capable of travelling before dying? Like I said $15,000 May not be a lot of cash to you, but to myself it is a lot and I expected it to last longer than 13-14months. And yet. Still no apology. Just ANOTHER rude reply from you. You must be so proud. Not impressed.

Great service. Yang is the man. I went to him first, then checked out other dealers. Ended up going back to yang. Great car, great service and good value. Had a after sales item that needed attention. They dealt with it immediately, no quibbling. Even gave the car a clean before they sent it back.

I have purchased two vehicles over the years from Drive n save and have never had any issue. The team is supper friendly and the process both times was fast and easy. 100% recommend!!

Fantastic experience buying my 3rd car from the team at Drive and Save. And they are awesome if there is an issue, I had a very small issue 6 weeks after purchase and it was no problem, the team gave me a loaner, got the car sorted and kept up outstanding communication all the way through. Very highly recommended. No hard sell and prices as marked, so no awkward negotiating.

Can't recommend Yang and the team enough! Bought a car from here at the end of last year for a family member who lives out of town. With the heavy rain, the car had been leaking. Rang and spoke to the owner, Yang, who told us to bring it in. It took us a few weeks to get it back up to Auckland, and Yang was still happy to take a look. Yang and the team fixed the leak and even gave the interior a birthday, all of this for no charge! Very grateful for Yang's amazing customer service, going above and beyond when it was almost a year since we bought the car. Thank you again, Yang!
