Started off great but they have now have told me that my family use too much data on an unlimited plan. A plan that we have had for 2 years. When I asked for a prewire for a new build I was told that the transmitter will not cope with the amount of data that our family uses. Beware if you use more than you should on an unlimited plan, you will find yourself been recommended to use Starlink.

Onistly the best to deal with. Waited 5 weeks for vodaphone to turn my fiber on,not uber ten mins been with them a whole year missed probly 4 monthy payments ring them up sorted strait away only ever been on hold 2x for less than 1 min.Worth the small bit more for a good local comp

Totally unimpressed with a company that steals from you. I changed provider away from Uber at the beginning of this month to save $40 on similar plan per month. Uber still charged me $119 for the same month even though I cannot use their data. To the average person that seems like theft: oh not to Uber though its NorthPower or my fault.Advice: dont ever use Uber, EVER !

Without a doubt our installation of Uber Broadband has changed everything for us. Prior to this our rural internet service through copper wires was around 5/6Mbs. We have a high internet demand in our household and that was just not cutting it. For 8 years I have searched for a new provider and then my wife found Uber. Installation by the tech was awesome and after a wee while we were up and running and our first speed test hit 32Mbs. Honestly my mind was blown. Since then we have hit over 40Mbs on several occasions.Highly recommend you checking Uber out. Great service and a great monthly fee for it.

Come on? Registered with all your paperwork over 4 weeks ago? Nothing!!! I need internet to work... very hard in these times? No contact and having to CONSTANTLY ring you to 'poke' your backsides???
