Vivo Salons Support Office

Came in on 29th April to get a balayage that I asked for stylist is really lovely nothing bad towards her however it is not what I asked for and requested a refund to get it done elsewhere as it looks like I have regrowth which is the same as what I came in with. Have had to wait 3 days for the regional manger to get back to me for a refund she was rude and has terrible customer service. Told me irrelevant information and asked me to get it redone by them. I will not be coming back as I would rather go elsewhere and have it done perfectly to how I want it. Why should I return and know I will be disappointed again. The regional manager Tiare refused to refund me and say there’s no one higher ? Then who is running these places, no one? My hair is no where near to what I asked for ! Really disappointed in this customer service and how they go about things. If your policy is hair you’ll love guaranteed then I would like to come out like that and I’m not satisfied at all!

Tina N from the call centere is such a lovely person! she took the time to explain to me the differant treatments and together we came up with the best plan for me. amazing customer service. so lovely to speak to someone that genuinely cares. i wasnt plannin gon getting my hair done but Tina was just so helpful that ive ended up booking in for next month. I bought a deal from GrabOne, which was……All Over Colour Hair Package incl. Colour, Colour-Lock Treatment, Shampoo Service, Head Massage, Style Cut & Blow Dry Finish.I booked my appointment at 5 vitasovich, Henderson & before booking made consultation appointment as well to discuss what I wanted & how much extra it would cost with past shoulder length hair. I was given the estimate $20-40 more depending after cut.I went there today, was told $120 on top of $149 package I bought, as the deal covers only 40 gm of colour, which will only cover roots & bit more, it’ll be extra for the rest of the hair. I was aware of past shoulder length charge, which is clearly mentioned but where does it say that only roots will be done in global colour package. I was told it we go semi permanent colour it would be bit less on the bottom length.Leone, my hairdresser was awesome & patiently answered my queries but felt bad for staff who has to deal with customers, just because Vivo doesn’t make it clear on the vouchers, please review your voucher either add only 40 gm colour will be used or only roots & little bit extra around roots will be covered.I paid $80 extra on top of $149 deal for semi permanent colour, which I believe is because of misleading deal.I won’t recommend anyone to buy deals online as they are not worth it.
