DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I read the reviews before going anywhere near them. The vehicles they list are terrible condition but no where near as bad as all the staff that work there. All I can say is they are incredibly shady!! Im glad I had my mechanic husband was with me that picked up multiple issues with the vehicle especially the near bald tires that was just warranted yesterday....? before being pressured into signing the paper work.Whenever we asked any questions we were just given the I don't know then passed on to another person who couldn't help either. We then decided to look elsewhere and purchase the same type of vehicle in such better condition for the same price.Now they refuse to give me back my deposit because I said I was going to be 30 minutes and I wasn't. The manager won't speak to me just hiding behind his staff which are passing me off. Yes I did swear at them in anger because they will not answer any questions or even talk about it. When I was talking to Raj he mentioned to me that I don't know what kind of business I am dealing with that I can try and do whatever I want but I will not be getting my money back because I said I was going to be back in 30 minutes and I wasn't.Will be taking this further because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else!!

I bought a vehicle a few weeks ago, for now everything is fine mechanically, but I realized that the sound system was bad, I found 3 bad speakers and I tried to contact them to see the solution.I receive a response from them saying...I BOUGHT THE CAR ON SALE (18

I am sorry to have to put this bad feedback but really left with no choice.Spent $50,000 on new car and no problem in having to wait a few weeks to have it complied with.However, spare key was lost by dealer so i now have to replace.I took out finance and warranty and was initially given NO copies of any documentation (not even a service book).Radio does not get NZ stations (despite originally being told that it does).I now have to replace this at my expense ........sorry guys you need to do better!!!

This place has to be the benchmark for worst customer service in Auckland. Indifferent and rude staff on the yard makes you wonder why they are even in the business.Ridiculous management policy" of putting down a $1000 deposit and agreeing to buy the car before you are allowed to test drive it. Bonkers!Do yourself a favor and give them a miss."

Cars are ok . But sales guys need more work . Need to learn how to please your customers. Test driving a car from there is a hassle .

Great bunch of guys here, i brought my dream car from these guys, they were easy to deal with. In my dealings with Managment I found them to be good old honest kiwi blokes. Thanks guys

The worst customer service ever, and isn't worth even 1 star. The stuff is very rude and is so proud of their 2.3 Google rating. Do NOT buy from them.

Extremely poor customer experience! If you are in the market for a second hand car definitely do not buy from here!We had flown up from Wellington to Auckland to purchase a car we saw. This was communicated to the dealer. When we arrived we found out that the car was sold to another person! Really poor comms on there end and management just seems to want to be rid of the cars.After reading some of the other reviews, I am glad we didn’t buy from here.

They look after us very well, provide fast finance option for me. We like our cars. Highly recommended.

Winston and Mark were very helpful and knowledgeable when choosing our vehicle over the weekend. Made the experience easy and very positive. Winston was not pushy and did not pressure us at all. Winston answered all of our questions and was very professional. Mark gave very helpful advice. Got a great deal, and the car was very clean on pickup. Would highly recommend Penrose Motor Group for a great trade.
