The kids thoroughly loved this place. So many things to do with a variety of multi-pass packages in a huge place.

Came in on the weekend and asked the nice guy at the cafe what time they close - he was very polite and told me 8pm and that he needed a few minutes to clean the ice cream machine. I agreed to come back a few minutes later but when I returned at 7:52pm I was greeted by a very rude young boy who told me “na were shut.” I told him that his colleague said they closed at 8pm - he looked at me with an ugly look and said “well we’re shut” I then asked if they close at 7:50 and he said yes. Would recommend going early if you want to get in because their “closed at 8” seems to mean “I want to be shut up and home by 8”Rude service, false advertising

Great place. Several things to do here including timezone, mini golf, ten pin bowling and more.We only visited timezone but had a lot of fun there, can buy either value on a card to use on the games or buy a time period which worked out well for us.

Great place to go out with family and friends. We mostly took part in bowling and few other activities.

I was having a good night until I saw how flustered Keenan ( a new worker) was. I came to load some tickets from the claw machine at the desk and He seemed like he wasn’t familiar on how to load the tickets which the task was given to him by a girl in a vest with a blue lanyard( a worker/manager?) she carried on doing something on a till (which coulda been done later especially with the que of customers) and she blatantly was just rude to him and made him wait. he was being so nice about it too. There were a few customers waiting as well and I felt bad for Keenan because this girl was ridiculously being ignorant to help Keenan and us (customers) and he looked like he was completely feeling under pressure ( literally sweating) . so rude. She wasn’t even customer friendly. It was uncomfortable to be around her. And to find out he was new? Horrible from her.

It's a great place for children, but it is a bit pricey. Going to another place in Taupo with the same attractions and it was more then half the price (10 dollars to jump and play) where it is a staggering 15 dollars per child just to play at chipmunks. But the children enjoyed themselves with the games.

Been to Motion for our friend kids birthday.They had a package that includes 40 mins time zone card.By mistake they gave kids $20 than 40 mins. When we find out we asked manager that this is not what they promised to give us in package instead sorting it out she argued that we even gave you better deal as kids got few tickets.We tried our best to expain manager there that kids finished $20 in 10 mins.its not our fault as we thought we are giving 40 mins to kids.She totally ignored and say we cant do anything.Its not our mistake at all.

Cool place to bring the family. Busy but plenty to do.
