Generation Homes Tauranga

A FANTASTIC company to build with. I would definitely build with Generation Homes again over and over. Our home was completed on time and to budget and we couldn't be happier with the quality. We love our home with our pool and that we were able to put our own creative stamp on the it without any hassles. The Generation Homes team were amazing to work with throughout the build and have continued to be great with all the follow up care. Highly recommend.

DON'T GO WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOUSE TO HAVE LONG DELAY BEFORE IT GETS READY. Before we signed the contract they were busy saying that our new house would be ready around September but since August they started giving us excuses saying the weather isn't too good and the Council isn't doing their job. We are currently looking at least 6 months of delay on our house and houses that are built right opposite our house which are done by G.j gardner are all ready and people are already living there. believe or not Gj gardner and this generation homes started this project at the same time. All these people say is ''we are trying our best but no actual action taken. We were told that carpet would be done but when we visited the place we could not see any carpet. We were told that the council isn't giving them ccc but turns out they were short on staff. As far as I have seen
