Outstanding service from start to finish. They were knowledgeable and accommodating as we were purchasing a bed for our daughter. I didn't catch his name but the gentleman that helped us on Sunday was awesome. Arranged delivery which was bang on time - very friendly and polite delivery guys too. Will definitely be recommending this business to my family and friends!

This is my first ever review and it's thanks to Mike (the owner). After visiting a few other bed stores and a bit conflicted on the advise I had been given, my partner and I walked in with our baby and we were greeted by Mike. Immediately he set things straight and it was obvious he was very knowledgeable on beds and just sleeping in general. What blew me away was that after the other stores had pointed me to the direction of $10000 beds with the latest cooling technology, he actually convinced us out of buying a new bed, and instead gave us a free set of special sheets and a pillow and told me if my problem was fixed ( overheating at night ) all he wanted in return was a nice review. So here I am honoring our agreement, and letting people know that Mike and his team are the remaining few sales people out there that genuinely want to help you out and are not there to just make a sale. If you need a new bed, or just advise in general, Mike and his team are the ones you need to go see. He even gave us good tips on sleeping habits for our baby.Will be visiting in the near future to buy our son his first bed, thanks again Mike!

Mike is an absolute legend! Was super helpful and gave us so many choices within our budget. This was our first and last stop for mattress shopping. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming here again in future.

Just a couple of visits is all it took to Bedpost Wairau to set myself up for blissful sleeps on my luxurious Deluxe Fushion Gel mattress topper & tencel mattress protector! My mattress isnt old by any means (7yrs originally purchased at Bedpost) but it just felt like Ineeded a little more cushioning for my aging joints! Mike was brilliant offering me a trial run with a topper knowing I wouldnt be able to give it up once trialling it!!The tencel protector fits perfectly over the topper - I'm so happy I upgraded from bamboo to tencel...thanks so much Mike for your excellent advice & excellent customer service which seems to be a rarity these days!Highly recommend Bedpost Wairau!

Thank you bedpost team for your amazing service and customer care. I have struggled to get a good night for many months, I was wakeful, flitting in and out of light sleep and waking up feeling exhausted. On a recent trip to Auckland I was relaying my sleep woes to my girlfriend who let me in on her new found secret to peaceful slumber, a memory foam pillow from Bedpost. I had to have one!I have to say I was impressed when I went in the store, I didn't think my simple pillow search would warrant much interest from the sales team. How wrong I was, I was asked how I slept, what was the firmness of my bed and other questions to narrow down my pillow options. We tried beds until it was similar to my own so we could ensure I had the right fit pillow just for me. The staff took fantastic care of me you would have thought I was purchasing a bed not just a pillow.My memory foam pillow has transformed my sleep, I still wake now and again but I am getting a deeper better quality sleep regularly and wake up feeling great.Thank you bedpost, You have made my year, You are my go to bedding shop and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Hi My wife and I purchased 4 beds from Bedpost Wairau Park a couple of years ago. We were impressed by the service then so returned today after looking at beds from other suppliers.Once again we were impressed by Mike's expertise and helpful advise. The beds were competitively priced and we felt that Mike's input helped to pick the correct bed for our needs.

Matt looked after us after having an issue with a bed. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and came out personally to our home. We’ve bought 3 beds now and are super happy with them all. I need another soon so will be back.

I went in recently to purchase a new pillow, I had been managing some neck pain from the intense load at training, and the team helped me find the perfect pillow. I’ve been buying pillows from different stores over the last year buy none of them resolved my sleeping quality. I visited Bedpost Wairau thinking yet another place to buy a pillow. Met Mike, the business owner, and had a meaningful conversation and got a very good piece of advice on the pillow. He was also kind enough to lend me a pillow for a few days to ensure that particular pillow was making a difference. And it did!
